We are a Belfast based Planning and Development consultancy offering the full range of Planning & Development Services and advice on all development related matters to a broad range of individual and corporate clients. The Directors and Senior Professional Staff are either Chartered Town Planners (MRTPI) or Chartered Planning & Development Surveyors (MRICS).

At Pragma we understand the benefits of a close working relationship with all of our clients. That is why the Directors like to keep a personal involvement in all cases being handled by the firm. We believe this provides a more personal service and allows us to provide a bespoke service to each client.
