Pragma Planning Secures Planning Permission for New School
Pragma Planning has secured an opinion to Approve the Planning Application for a development on the lands in Co. Tyrone.
The application which is for Reserved Matters secures the planning permission for this development consisting of a new secondary school for 450 pupils, a sports hall, dining hall, classrooms and external sports pitches.
The school is proposed in Carrickmore, County Tyrone by Sandale Developments Ltd.
The planning consent has been secured following 4 months of intensive negotiation by Pragma with the local Area Planning Office in Omagh.
