Planning Approval for Retail Use in Magherafelt
Pragma Planning in association with Teague & Sally and MRA Partnership have obtained Planning Permission for retailing at Station Road in Magherafelt.
Pragma Planning submitted the application to allow the retailing of certain types of goods from an industrial unit in Magherafelt in April 2011, the application was streamlined by Planning NI and approved under that process in early September.
The approval allows the retailing of DIY materials, products and equipment; kitchen and bathrooms and associated products; and builders supplies.
The result is that the client can now widen his search for a tenant to occupy the unit and provides much greater scope to finally get this unit occupied with benefits to the overall estate and Magherafelt in general.
