Planning Service Stimulates the Market by Increasing Planning Fees
As the region of the UK with the slowest growth it is important that all efforts are made to help the local economy. With that in mind Planning Service is doing its part by . . . . increasing the Application Fees!
Planning Application Fees are set to soar for certain types of development with the maximum fee increasing from £11,834 to £250,000 (that's not a typo!).
Just how this will impact has yet to be seen however the last thing NI needed was yet another hurdle to the recovery of the development industry. This move can only be seen as just that.
