The Assembly's Committee for the Environment has called for evidence on the Planning Bill.
The Environment Committee called for evidence on any issues raised by the introduction to the Assembly of the proposed Bill.

Due to the size of the Bill and its late introduction to the Assembley the Committee has a limited time to conduct its scrutiny and has requested that responses be focused on key issues of concern and the clauses they affect.
