Pragma Planning and Castleton Design have successfully obtained Planning Permission for this small scheme of apartments on Ravenhill Road
Working closely with Castleton Design and Ardgowan Developments, Pragma Planning has successfully achieved a Planning Permission for residential apartments on the site which is located at the junction of Ravenhill Road and My Lady’s Road. The scheme, whilst small will regenerate the site offering a significant environmental and amenity improvement over the present situation. When complete it will provide high quality residential accommodation in an area of high demand. The scheme was substantially held up in the planning process through poor application management but the team has successfully navigated through these problems to obtain a valuable Planning Permission on this prominent corner site.
