Pragma Planning awarded two Management System Certificates
Pragma Planning is awarded ISO 9001:2000-Quality Management System Certification and ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System Certification.
In December 2008 Pragma Planning was Certified as reaching the required standard for both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
The 9001 Certificate gives clients peace of mind that their cases are being efficiently managed and the case files and records thereon are being competently monitored and controlled to provide the highest standard of quality management.
The 14001 Certificate ensures clients that the practices of the firm and the individual employees are as environmentally sustainable as possible.
