Starplan, Newry open for Business
Starplan's new store on Armagh Road, Newry is now open for business.
Pragma Planning has assisted Starplan alongside Milligan Reside Larkin in helping Starplan obtain Planning Permission for a new store opposite Damolly Retail Park, Armagh Road, Newry.
The proposal was granted Planning Permission last year and the store opened as quickly thereafter as was possible.
A Retail Impact Assessment was required by the Department and by working with Planning Service's Retail Unit, Councillor Danny Kennedy and Milligan Reside Larkin Pragma secured approval for the RIA and following shortly after MRL secured the Planning Approval.
The scheme is of great benefit to the overall shopping provision of Newry and especially to this specific location.
