Planning Policy Statement 14
Update on landmark ruling by Mr Justice Gillen.
Since the ruling by the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland there have been several remedies hearings, the most recent of which was on 27th September. At that hearing judgement was reserved.
The Planning Service are therefore not making decisions on any applications where draft PPS 14 is a material consideration until such times as the final judgement is delivered.
